How USMEX Nearshore handles the information you share with us on this website.

Last updated: August 10, 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by USMEX Nearshore Solutions, S.A. de C.V. ("USMEX", "we"), a contract manufacturer and packaging supplier based in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.

For any privacy question, or to ask us to access, correct or delete your data, write to contact@usmex.mx.

What we collect

Information you give us: when you submit the contact or quote form we receive your name, company, email, phone and whatever you write in the message. We use it only to answer you and to quote the work you asked about.

Information collected automatically: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (city level, derived from IP), device and browser type. This is aggregate traffic measurement — we do not use it to build a profile of you as an individual.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working (language preference, form security) and cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics — tell us which pages bring buyers to us. If you decline, Google Consent Mode blocks analytics and advertising storage, and Vercel Analytics continues to count page views without cookies or cross-site identifiers.

If we run Google Ads campaigns, conversion cookies measure which ad led to an inquiry. These follow the same consent choice.

Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland start with all non-essential storage denied until they accept.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our email — currently Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery) and Google (analytics) — each acting on our instructions.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and quote records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and afterwards only as long as tax and commercial law requires. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop using your personal data — in Mexico these are your ARCO rights under the LFPDPPP; if you are in California or the EEA you have equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA and the GDPR.

Email contact@usmex.mx and we will answer within 20 business days. You may also change your cookie choice at any time using the link below.
